1. What kind of free benefits will I receive each year?

 You will receive durians or your preferred durian products. For example, if you purchase a Musang King tree, you may receive 5kg of Musang King durian or equivalentvalue products. Details are available on our website. www.fairyport.com.sg

2. When can I claim my free durian benefits?  

You can claim your benefits anytime after becoming a member. If it’s not durian season, you can choose frozen durian or other available products.

3. How will I receive my annual benefits?

We will deliver them to your specified address free of charge.

4. How do I become a Durian Tree Club member?

Register on our website www.fairyport.com.sg and purchase at least one durian tree (under the official website www.fairyport.com.sg, product category “Durian Tree Club”).

5. Will I receive a membership certificate?

Yes, after registration and purchase, you will receive an official membership certificate along with our terms and conditions.

6. Can I exit the membership if I no longer want the tree?

You may exit the membership at any time. The original tree purchase amount will be refunded, less the value of any benefits already claimed.

7. Can I put my name on the durian tree I purchase?

No. You are a nominal owner. As trees may be affected by natural conditions, benefits are not tied to a specific tree.

8. Can anyone with money join the club?

No. To prevent fraud and money laundering, we will verify your identity before confirming membership.

9. Can I register as a corporate member?

No. This is not an investment program. Membership is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. AI bots and companies are not eligible. If your company is interested in business collaboration, please contact us at contact@uh.com.sg.

10. Will my membership information be shared with others?

No. All membership information will remain confidential and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
